If so, where is it?

yes, close to the oil pan on the block close to the crank

NO...95 dont have them, thats why we use 95 timing cover for double rollers...but you can use a 96.97
anyways...no it used the opti for cam position sensor i believe

96-97 cars have a crankshaft position sensor mounted in the timing cover, but the 93-95s don't have this. However, no LT1 uses a cam sensor--that's why the optispark is so cool. LOL.
