See mods below. I will prolly run a small shot of nitrous and drag radials at some point. The car is an M6. Soon it will have a Textralia clutch installed. The rest of the drive train is bone stock. I drive the car mostly in the street but when I do hit the track I will be driving it there, and hopefully, driving it home! lol
Moser 9" with true-trac is what I'm thinking. 31 spline axles, no ABS or TCS, nodular iron case, 1350 yoke. I may also spring for a stronger drive shaft.
I'm undecided on what gear ratio to go with.
Also, what about subframe connectors, torque arm, control arms, PHB etc. What kind of stuff do you guys recommend to hold the 9" in there? And I think I better have a drive shaft loop.
I just thought of something else. Will the 9" have the stock lug pattern?
Any suggestions ?

Can also get a magnesium center section, very strong. Not sure on the weight difference from nodular iron though. 9" is heavier than a 12bolt. Do not get an aluminum center section and do not get a locker.
Control arms & adjustable tq arm (tunnel mount) will help ya.
Subframe connectors will stiffen the car up and will help prevent the doors from creaking. UMI has real good prices on those pieces.
Whoever does the rearend get the control arm relocation brackets.

I have the Moser 9" with the tru trac, 31 spline, 4ch, fill/drain plugs, and 4.11's. I'm very pleased with it and highly recommend it since you're driving a 6spd. Whoever does the install make sure they set up the gears and break them in correctly. Mine are 100% noise free.
I have the tq arm and subframe connectors as well.
