Default Formie gets a new exhaust...

It's about time that stocker went bye bye... new exhaust is on the way, can't wait to get it on.

In case you're wondering which one.... GMMG chambered exhaust.

Headers and a custom Y-pipe won't be far behind this one.

You could unload one of your purple cars ya know.

I'm just waiting for you to catch up so we can get back to our competition. But I understand if your purpleness is askeered of the Fast Black Formy!!

Yeah, the whole reason I bought it is that every car I've ever heard with one on it sounded totally badass. I probably won't gain anything from it other than a much more enjoyable exhaust note... but that's fine with me.

I'm tired of the Formie sounding all wimpy.

I've got some hogged out Random Tech cats and 3" y pipe, you could install them at the same time as the GMMG and knock a few tenths off your quarter mile time.

Headers and a custom Y are gonna be a bit spendy for ya, penny pincher!

What headers are you thinking of going with? Stainless I hope? My armour coated PaceSetters are already rusting, only been on 4 months so far.

You'll gain something with the GMMG, my hooker was worth close to a tenth over the stock catback. It all adds up slowly.

My car doesn't have a stock catback on it, though. Stock muffler was replaced with a Dynomax long before I bought it, and it gained about 10-15 rwhp from it. I remember when I took it to the dyno and people were kinda shocked by how loud it was at WOT when they thought it was a stock exhaust system.

I might gain a little, but most of the gains will just be in how it sounds... that GMMG sounds kick ***.

I was actually planning on doing the Pacesetters... Tranzor had them on his Z28, and he had them coated locally and didn't have issues with them... dunno.

My big concern is clearance.... I only have a few inches as it is, and if I get much lower I'm gonna be tearing up the exhaust system. Whole reason I wanted to do a custom Y is because of clearance.

I like my Borla but the sound of the GMMG is pretty sweet. Doug's car sounds killer with it on there.

His car is the whole reason I bought the GMMG. Once I heard it, I knew I didn't want anything else.

Sweet, can't to hear it. Now I'm gonna have to listen to another car that will make me want GMMG. But when I get my TD's I guess I really won't be able to hear anyone else's car...

Awsome Zeke, Might be a bit pricey but this is a decision you will not regret. Of all the Mod's I have done this one was the best!!! If I could give you one piece of advice it would be to polish it before you install it. Will make the upkeep much easier.

No, I missed it... it expired about a month ago.
