thats gotta be the perfect swap, the muscle of a LSX with the "light weight" body of a stang. i would love to do the whole LS1 swap into a notchback 5.0 and throw some twins on it

This has actually been going through my head and I hate mustangs. But in illinois they changed emissions standards so pre 95 cars are exempt. So, do I buy an LS1 4th gen and make a street car (heads/cam/m6) that I can do minimal work to get it to pass emisions every 2 years. Or do I buy a fox roller for around 1500 and build a badass drag car with a resleeved LS1. I have a couple of friends that have real fast foxes with ford power (although 1 may have a dodge 440 soon) and I like the way they look as race cars. Kicking their asses with GM power would be fun. Any thoughts?
