Arrow Will a Motor Plate or Dual Valve Springs trip the Knock Sensors?

I'm heavily leaning towards using a motor plate in my hybrid LS6 powered 240sx. But I'm afraid that it will trip the knock sensors. I'm new to tuning and really wanted to keep them enabled. Will a motor plate cause me problems? What about dual valve springs? Are there any other hidden mods that are known to cause noise that gets picked up by the knock sensors?

just desensitize the knock sensors some if it causes some knock retard.
