Default Ls2 Intake

Would an LS2 intake manifold bolt up to my ls1 engine? And if so would it peform better than an LS6 intake?

Unless you take it here for porting, no. He has been porting and dyno testing the LS2 intake with test proven dyno results.

Your far better off with a factory LS6 intake, as this is proven to flow better than a LS1 intake. Plus the LS6 will bolt right on, as long as it has the egr hole on top.

You will be able to bolt it up but will need a different throttle body, fuel rails, and fab something up for the throttle cable.
