Well, I have decided to put the vette up for sale. I need to concentrate on my camaro for this next season. Its a 98 six speed with only 52K miles on it. The car is still in perfect condition. Here is the list of parts I put on right at 50K miles. The car is garage kept.
383ci shortblock(eagle crank, H-beam rods, Diamond Pistons)
Double roller timing chain
Ported Oil pump
Comp Lifters
244-248 comp cam
Trick Flow 215 Cylinder Heads
ARP Head bolts
FAST 90mm intake
Ported LS2 TB
MTI Ram Air
30lb injectors
SLP underdrive pulley
Kooks 1 7/8 stainless steel headers
Ofrroad X-pipe
Custom catback exhaust
RAM Twin Disc clutch
Mcloud Adjustable master cylinder
B&M Shifter
All parts profesionally installed at Horsepower Engineering. Car dynoed 504rwhp. This thing is a beast from a roll. Never taken it to the track. Please feel free to shoot me a pm or just give me a call on my cell.

Steven, I keep hearing about both of these cars...can't believe you're actually gonna part with it! Price sounds like a steal! I'll have way more than that in mine and won't have anywhere near the power or low miles! Good luck with the sale from another '98 C5 Steven!

Best thing you'll ever do is sell the race car man! The real fun is in a street car. Ever since I got this car I've had nothing but fun I hated having something that just sat in the garage all day long. Its fun for the 7-8sec it runs then you gotta work work work.. money money money.. and so on. Esp to run in a class that is going to the BIG BIG money cars.
But you can't take the racing out of a racer... I know this because I've already got a list of parts I want for the new car LOL! Steven's car is bad *** and whoever gets it will have a fast son of a biatch.

You are right about the street cars being fun as hell. I have had so much fun with this thing the past couple months. Like you said though, you cant take racing out of a racer, and I love traveling the country with my racecar. I know its alot of work and money but thats what I love to do. Who knows, maybe the vette wont sell and I will be stuck highway bombing it for awhile
