Default Maggie owners - what other mods?

Who else has a MagnaCharger and what are you running for boost? What other mods have you done to get more out of your car? I've got the Kooks 17/8", catted 3" X pipe, Z06 Ti muflers, Blackwing, 918 springs, chrommoly PR's and a 3.3" pulley. Very soon I'm going to a 2.9" pulley while getting a custom grind cam installed by Slowhawk with a new tune.

Has anyone come across the limits a Maggie has? Their tech service told me they can run 10 PSI w/o issue and some have run even higher. I sent my S/C out to have it refurbed since it has 41k on it and the bypass valve roller bearings were worn. Should be like new again.

We've run 16lbs on a 4.8l truck but the inlet temp was insanely hot after a run.

Pulley,Cam,fuel then clutch--done.

16 lbs! No plans to go North of 9-10 for me. I should be getting the Maggie back by the end of next week so I hope to get the car down to your place the week after. How's your schedule looking Don?

My LS2 is stock apart from the Maggie.

I have however thrown the body away and put the engine in the back of the car.

Post-boost, post MAF, pre-intake manifold - that's where the Meth injector goes. In that location it'll never bother the supercharger.

Dez.... no it doesnt. Actually Mag bought a system and put in the Duttweiller GTO they were building. Corvetteforum.com have been using meth on maggies for over 2 years now..

Now throw water in the mix... all bets off. But the meth.. wont have any issue.

Damn. No biggie, I'm fine waiting since the car will just be sitting until the roads clear up. I'll PM you when the car is ready and then you'll have a good 4-6 weeks to do it so I'm flexible.

Sounds like you'll need the vacation too!

no problems here for 2yrs now, and there are countless other GTO maggie guys running meth.
I've read about it but never heard anything other than internet lore
