When did HP Tuners switch to the credit system from 2 entire years of 2 vehicle types?

We switched to a credit based system ~12 months ago. This system still allows you to purchase year model licenses but also gives you the advantage of purchasing up to 4 LS1 pcm locked licenses with your initial purchase.

It came in with the more sophisticated MPVI interface
which I guess can store more fine-grained license info.
