Hey guys, a while ago I took the throttle body of my 00 z28, I took off the 2 screws which hold the plate and slide it out, now im trying to get it apart but cant manage to get the middle tube out, how do you pull it out? I cannot even get out the part where the spring is

You need to whack it out with a hammer and some sort of drift. Dont worry, it goes back together, its held in with that pressfit spring washer.

Yea you can use a hammer but put a block of wood on the end so you dont mess up the actial shaft, I has to go through the bearings on both sides. Take of the tps sensor, place a block of wood on the tip of the shaft, and hit its till it comes out, shouldnt be much. As soon as it releases the spring you can just pull it right out. Tim
