64cc AFR 210 with a 5cc Piston?

64cc AFR 210 with a 5cc Piston? Had some guy interested in buying the shortblock and Im just asking some questions for him.
He would like to run 5-8#s on a D1SC 24/7 and then up it to possilby a max of 15#.
Im thinking that the 64cc/5cc Piston is way to much for those goals. A bigger dish piston would probly be in line for the bigger head, yes?
He would also like the SCR around 10.1:1 as he is in denver and he states his octane is shitty. I would personaly opt for lower SCR.
Any info guys would be helpfull. Its an LT1 too
