Default compstar crank

i know they are due out until March, but i was wondering if anyone had any insight or opinions on this crankshaft. i was told it can hold up to 1500 hp and is a forged 4340 steel crankshaft

You most likely will not be able to throw enough at it to break it unless you put it in a dragster. I'd worry more about the rods/bolts in that type of high hp app.

i would use my stock crank, but im going to 4", besides, my stock one has scorned rod journals on #7

I have the Callies Compstar Rods in my motor and the quality is excellent!! I would imagine any of their products is gonna be worth the money!
