Default who makes a 28" tire for a 17x11 rim?

easy question, I can't seem to find the answer anywhere. I really want a 28" tall tire for my 17x11 rims. Preferably in a drag radial.

M&H makes a 325/45/17 drag radial, its about 12" wide and its 28" tall. Fits a 9"-11" rim.

Looks like M&H also makes a 275/50-17....in case the 325s are too hard to fit.
