A/C line repair what do i do about a cut a/c line? it got cut from the belt rubbing on it, so all the freeon leaked out. can i splice it or patch it or something.

My advice is have a shop replace the line, probably open the the atmosphere already too, or will be when replacing the line. At the very LEAST the system will be need to be vacuumed before recharging.
