Question 9 inch rear lower control arm brackets???

Anybody know if the brackets that come welded to the 9 inch are for stock height cars or will they work with lowered ones as well? Just wondering if I will have to purchase a new set of brackets from BMR or have the old ones cut off the 10 bolt?

Thanks,
Mark

the 9" uses standard weld on style LCA relocating brackets. nothing special about them, but the bolt -on ones won't work because the shock mount is different.

You will need the relocation brackets if your car is lowered. We use them on all of these cars, lowered or not, as they tend to help the cars hook better at the track. Bob

Or you could do like i did. I cut the stock LCA brackets off my 10 bolt, with the BMR LCA's on it, and paid 30 bucks for a shop to weld them to the 9"...
