Default LS1 with richmond 6 speed

Has anyone used a richmond 6 speed behind LS1 with manual clutch linkage.
Have the richmond in my 1st gen and thinking of upgrading to LS1.

Do some searching. Using a Richmond 6spd will be the same as using a TKO, T10, Muncie, etc....This has been covered in painful detail before. You will have to get creative with the Z-bar mount since the LS1 block will not have a place for attaching it.

I have a richmond 4+1 (5speed) behind a 6.0, i used a stock 621 bellhousing, which is a camaro/chevelle bell for an 11 inch clutch, bolts on, no problems, since, i bought a new lakewood off ebay for a deal, and all the deminsions are identical to the stock camaro bell. heres a link for a new bell
