Default bad gas milage

ok,ive got a 99 trans am m6 ws6 only mods are flomaster and k&n. the car has a salvaged title so obviously its going to have issues. when i first got the car i was getting about 300 miles to a tank of gas.now im getting just over 200 mies. i scanned the pcm all my o2 sensors are are showig codes. my air pump is showing codes and it keeps blowing air pump fuses and my cats are going bad. any suggestions anyone?

uhh...yea fix the parts that are bad and then see what happens...tuning doesnt compensate for broken parts.....

Damn man, just slam a new bee after one post. that'll keep em comin back...
ws6, if you have scan capability, post some data. Codes only tell ya part of the story. What 02 codes do you have? Theres only about 36 of them (codes, that is).As far as the air pump, you can leave that disconnected, so it doesnt blow the fuse. It'll set a code and keep the lite on, but it shouldnt effect the mileage to the extent you're describing.

Maybe it's simply a case of bad cats causing all the issues.. It's really hard to say though. Probably a combination of a few things.

FWIW i didnt meaan to "slam" him but theres nothing we can do for him..he needs to get stufffixed and then if theres a problem that is when you tune stuff out...you don't tune for bad 02's or clogged cats or bad wiring IMO

is this a DIAGNOSTICS and TUNING or just a tuning forum? anyway, as for the O2 sensors since i plan on getting headers should i go ahead and get o2 simulators or just the sensors?

Please, the folks here would like to help you. However, you first need to remove the codes. With it throwing codes, no one can really offer valid suggestions to the original question of gas mileage.

well, here are the codes.135,141,154,,155,161,412,418(these are o2 sensor and air pump relay codes) and im not sure what this is but the scan tool flashed 1153 as the last code. does anyone know what it means?
