Default Flowtech LT's w/ ORY any good????

Im thinking about buying some Flowtech Long tube headers with a flowtech y-pipe, are these headers any good. Im looking for easy installation and a overall good header. Cosmetics isnt a factor just want a good header and y-pipe at a affordable price. My car already has the 3" Hooker Aerochamber exhaust installed on it. Tell me what you think.

flowtech headers are total crap. pace setters FTW. apce setter with the coating you get for 375 and ahve a excellent reputation for great quality, long lasting and easy install

only problem i had with the flowtechs were that the flanges were to thin and they bend easily, causing a header leak. other than that they seemed to be a good header when i had them. but if i were you i would just go ahead and get pacesetters. just my .02

I've had both. The price is very close but the Pacesetters are better. The flanges are 3/8s vs 1/4 in, the welds are better, the O2s are on the inside for the Pacesetters vs outside for the Flows, and the Pacesetters use a slip fit design on the collectors vs a 3 bolt flange for the Flow Techs.

As far as fitment goes, the Flow Techs had a small dent in I believe one of the primary tubes to clear the k-member. Oh, and the O2 bungs being on the outside of the collectors made the clearance a bit tight between the O2 sensors and the floorboard. The Pacesetters fit fine with no issues what-so-ever.
