60E slipping 1-2
After a night cruise of a few hard accelerations, my stock 60E with 29,000 miles began to slip big time from the 1-2 shift. This after less than 200 miles of a H/C swap. By coincidence I had a new built trans on order anyway.
So what would I look for to fix the stocker? Not much of a big deal since a new one is on the way, but I'd like to keep this stock trans as a working back-up.
In addition to the 1-2 slip, it hunts (downshifts/upshifts) with very light throttle in OD. BTW trans fluid is not low, but it has never been changed in 29,000 miles.

4th feels fine, except it downshifts to 3rd and back quickly under very light throttle. Should take a lot more throttle to get into 3rd...
I'm taking it out first chance I get, maybe this week. I'll open it up and see what I did to it...
