OK here is how it breaks down. My god grab a snickers. Called Vortech with this part # 4FM011-052 then he kindly gave me the Dayco part number which is 89270. Which is the right number I need. Problem is that is a generic part number and not referenced to any domestic car, truck etc made. So calling Napa and Autozone was worthless. So I called Dayco back and I got ahold of there engineering dept and he told me it is a custom counter clockwise tensioner for Heavy duty applications. He then researched it for me and gave me another part number which is 89446. Which the Caterpillar engines run. Which its part # is 190-0642. So we are going to CAT to go get it. Ill let everyone know if it works! Fingers crossed. Thanks for all the help. LOL I would have been better off just ordering the dam thing but I want it TODAY!

The Dayco HD Tensioners and Pulleys can be found here:
http://www.daycoproducts.com/daycowe...nerCatalog.pdf
And light duty stuff here:
http://www.daycoproducts.com/daycowe...andPulleys.pdf
In both catalogs the pulley dimensions are on the last couple pages. There are some useless Dayco links out there, but this one has working links to all the good stuff:
