The Siemens motors are very good, and seem to be faster than stock. I hear Doorman is also a good brand.

For the driver side I found that cleaning the motor gear lubricant out (it turns into something like adhesive) and lubing it with fresh grease fixes the slowness. After that, removing the thermal insulation from the bi-metal strip and soldering it solid made the motor act like new.
This may seem like work but once the motor is out of the door, taking the end cap off is simple - as is the re-assembly. Thanks to wrd1972 it saved me $60 or so - per window....
