I just finished mine yesterday. The following is what I had to change because I bought a GM 440hp carburated crate engine.
24x crank reluctor
f-body oil pan
windage tray
oil pump pickup tube
water pump
harmonic balancer
knock sensor extensions
cam sensor extension
crank position sensor
used the LS1 intake until I can save up some more money for a FAST
Of course today I have some kind of electrical gremlin which left me stranded on the side of the road (turned out to be a clogged fuel filter) Aside from that; I am pleased with it.

Yes but you need extensions for the knock sensors and camshaft position sensor. You will also need one for the map sensor if you plan on using an LS2 intake.

Do a search and type LS1 to LS2 swap in the LS2 LS7 L92 forum. It will give you plenty of infomation. I am doing one right now. I have relocate my knock sensors to the side of the block. my reluctor wheel is a 24x, So I don't have to change that. If it was a 58x you have to change it out or buy the engine harness and pcm from Speartech. Cause the 58x reluctor wheel will not work with the LS1 style harness from my understanding. Buy the knock and cam sensor adapter harness from Speartech. Hope that helps
