Default Found Oiling Issues

First pulled the mains and found that there was a small groove cut into one of the bearings. It wasnt very bad it was cut down to the copper color..

Then I tried taking the cam out and it would come out. I have taken out a lot of cams and never had any problems so I knew something was wrong. I finally got it out and the front bearings as coming apart in the middle of it. The 2nd bearing back was pushed back almost falling out.

Any idea on what could have caused all of this stuff. I called my builder friday and he said it sounded like main or cam bearings. I guess he was right. He said it had a 6 month warranty so thats good. He said I could pull the mains and see if anything is wrong but he had rather me not. I couldnt help it I had to know whats going on. I just hope he dont have an issue with me taking out the cam.. I assume he shouldnt.. Oh.. also they installed the cam, so im good on that part. If they bearings was pushed back on install its not on me.

These guys seem to be really good. I assume its just luck of the draw.

About to go call them now.
