Default Mobil1 10w40 - high mileage blend ?

Is the 10w40 Mobil1 synthetic that is recommended here the "high mileage" blend ?

http://mobil1.com/USA-English/MotorO...ge_10W-40.aspx

The only other synthetic 10w40 I could find at the local AutoZone was either non-synthetic Mobil1 or also 5w-40 "turbo diesel" blend ?

They had a couple of cases of the regular old 10w-30 but I wanted to put the right stuff in so I thought I'd ask. I searched but didn't find anything about the "high mileage" oil...

Thanks !

I think the High Mileage is just the newer name for the premium blend now that they offer 5000 and 7500 . Though I went looking for some the other day and all I found was the regular supersyn that is the same price as the 15000 high mileage .
Maybe either they had some old stock or maybe to many people were trying to put 15000 miles on an old engine and tried suing Mobil for it .
I also heard that at some high end dealerships they are only changing the oil once a year with Mobil since the average yearly mileage is 12000 .
