Default HPT-Lean B1S1 but B2S1 is fine?

I am setting a code for lean B1S1 o2 sensor at idle, but the other sideB1S2 is fine. I scanned teh thing at idle and sure enough the left O2 sendor is reading very lean while the other side is running fine. this is with teh L trims. I did a L trim reset and it did the same thing. any Ideas how to correct this? I am useing Hp tuners.

probably a vacuum leak or something mechanical...probably something that has nothing to do with tuning.

You also might try swapping the sensors and see if the rich/lean readings trade sides in the scan tool.

If the readings don't change after swapping the sensors it's probably a vac leak/incoming unmetered air on whichever side is lean...

Very good point ... if it swaps, then it may be the O2 sensor going bad.
