90mm wire TB convert to cable

Who makes a kit to adapt the L76/L92 90mm wire TB that comes with the SDPC complete manifold assy. to a cable throttle like on a 2004 GTO?

SDPC was making a kit for the f-bodies, not sure about the GTO's. I'd give them a call or email.
