Default little issue with my A4

well ive got a bolt on 99 TA with a 00 motor, the tranny is stock 90k miles, always changed my fluid on time and its been pretty strong for how bad ive beat it.....as of late

when i get on it and it gets to around 4-4.5k rpms...its like it gets stuck or slips.....the car itself acts like its a damn honda and hits VTEC or something....almost like its got boost....till about 5-5.5krpms then it shifts....

during normal driving and shifting.....it shifts fine, no slips nothing.....

so the question is, are my clutchs burning out?..........sponsors?

Damn, that sucks. Mine is doing the exact same thing. Anytime I floor it almost feels like its hitting the rev limiter between first and second gear and wont make the shift until I let off.

Wow, it looks like a lot of people's 4L60E are having issues at the same time. Mine is doing the exact same thing. WTF, are the cosmos misaligned or something.
