Gains with a 3" cutout VS a B&B catback??

I have a B&B catback exhaust and the Dynamaxx (supermaxx system) headers and cats. will I gain anything with a cutout in the I pipe??

Please help. All mods are listed in sig...

maybe a little but hardly noticeable in 1/4 mile.
