am i missing something? i'm starting to get everything back together but i'm worried that i might have lost a part. the manual shows a part for the skip shift on the shift rail that i don't remember seeing. it shows that it's held on by a pin and i know i didn't take a pin out of the shaft, there's not even a hole there for a pin. did 98's not have this part or did i lose it?
also, does it look like i'm putting everything together right so far?

The 2 piece shifter guide/skip shift part is mostly on lt-1 t56s. On most ls-1s it is one piece. The part that has the sping loaded check ball on an lt-1 t56 is 2 pieces. One for the skip shift and the other for the check ball and guide. And everything in the pics looks like it is in the correct positions.
