Nick Williams is hosting a dyno day at his shop in Mooresville, NC on...

Saturday, March 17, 2007

It will be $50.00 for 3 pulls. or You can also register in advance for $45.00!

Yes tuning is available and will be charged by the hour

Planning on ordering pizza around lunch time, or if anyone would like to bring a grill too cook some hotdog and hamburgers you would be more then welcome too.

Direction will be given later on.

To set up your time slot call Williams Performance at (900)NON-SPONSOR and Nick or Bob will take care of you.

It sucks not having a dyno ANYWHERE in this frickin' state. But DwayneZ28 on here is my best friend and I'm down in yall's area pretty often, so we'll be coming to the dyno with him.

My neighbor & I both have e-mail tunes, so we just want to get our A/F checked. :drive:

Well our cars are almost identical LOL
Both our cars are stick cars, and both of us have cai, pulleys, charge motion deletes, aluminum driveshaft, & 4.10's.
Our only difference is in the exhaust...
I have longtubes, off-road H-pipe, & stock axleback; whereas he has shortie headers, off-road X-pipe, & Flowmaster axleback.

I've ran a 12.77 & he ran a 12.80 on the same pass against each other.... like I said, almost identical :jest:

Wow, Mooresville Dragway is already open?... or does it stay open all year round down there? Sounds like a fun weekend to me Dwayne!

yeah they opened in january this year cause we were having 60* weather during the time haha

yeah, as long as its 45 degrees and warmer its open on all sat.

Well guys we won't be able to make it down on the 17th... we've already been in touch with Nick Williams. We originally made plans for the original date of March 10th. Things are going on here at home on the 17th, so that I cannot change plans... but we are still coming down to the area the weekend of the 9th-11th, and we are still going to get dyno'd by Nick (although likely at regular price, oh well :)) and we will be at Mooresville Dragway the afternoon of the 10th as well. Maybe we'll see you guys there! I'll be in the Tungsten Grey 06 Mustang, my neighbor will be in his White 06 Mustang, and my buddy will be in his Grey 04 Mach 1... we'll all 3 have West Virginia tags on our cars. We'll be there with 2 or 3 of the local Camaro guys :)

yeah guys me and ryan went up there to pre-pay for us and a another guy yesterday and bob said there he has talked to like 10 guys that are comeing so go ahead a sign up!!!

thanks man! i'm very happy with what nick and bob have done to my car. it runs and sounds alot better. my best time was a 7.90 @ 90mph yesterday.

welp, it was a pretty good turnout, a lot more people than i expected.
i was a little upset with my numbers tho... layed down 322hp and 337tq,
only a 1hp and 3ft lbs. difference after minor ported throttle body and tsp duals...... oh well.....

Yeah, it was definately a great turnout. You weren't the only one upset with the numbers, I was hoping for more out of the truck too.

Crap, 7 days too early for me. I'm not picking up my '99 Z28 till next Saturday or I would've joined you. I'll have to keep an eye on this section and join in the fun soon.

didn't get to meet everyone of you guys, but had a blast.

yeah, a fiew people did.
they only did TNT for about an hour then they started bracket racing.
i think brads best time was 8.1 with drag radials for tha first time.

yeah but they were having some even and quite test and tune around 3

I wish I could have made it. I wanted to go to the track real bad after work but did not get off until 3:30 and figured I would wait till another weekend. I was there the weekend before with some friends. O'h well. Maybe I can make it to the next one.
