Default Hit Second Gear Boom!!! HELP!!

Just got my tranny rebuilt today and i was drivin it hard i hit second gear and boom!!!! now right before i got my tranny rebuilt they put a brand enw 10 bolt in there and i have no clue what this noise is now but ever since that its humming/ vibrating ?!?! but drives fine other than that, is it somehting simple or did i break something once again in the new 10 bolt?!?

It sounds like ur rearend blew, the first thing i would have done if i heard it hum was take that bitch back cause the clearence between the ring and pinion gear is prob wrong.

Check the torque arm... I know your sig says Edelbrock TQ Arm. But I'd still check it, as well as the mount.

Hard to say from your explanation. Your pinion angle could also be way off, the edelbrock TQ arm isn't adjustable.

ok u think they didnt jsut tighten it enuff

snapped my edlebrok torque arm clean in half?!!?!! jesus i will post pics tomrw.

youre not the first one. my friend had one and snapped it at the diff housing bracket.
