Yup, I missed the Bahrain part. But the poor formatting still makes it a pain to read

Don't listen to N4cer I'm sure he missed the part of your post explaining that you are from Bahrain and didn't speak English, otherwise, I'm sure he wouldn't have come off like an *******. By the way, you all sure do love our American muscle car's over there!

For a sick DD car I'd go with the MS3 cam, 200cc Terminator heads (both from TSP). Get a FAST 90/90 intake (lose the 78mm/80mm intake TB combo), Yank 4000, 4200 or 4400 stall with 2.5 STR, Moser 12 bolt with 3.90s or 4.10s and some sticky tires.

For a moderate (but more costly) DD, go with some milled AFR 225s, Patrick G "Torque Cam", mamo ported 90/90 intake, full bolt ons, 3500 stall, 12 bolt w/ 3.73s or 3.90s and some sticky tires.

I daily drive my 4400 stall and wouldn't have it any other way. Get a lockup converter and have your tuner set your lockup to about 25mph. You will be fine in street and highway driving, but will still have the loose feeling at stop signs and lights and you'll burn them up at WOT. If you are balsy enough to run a 4400 stall and MS3 combo you might as well finish it off with a 12bolt rear end with 3.90s or 4.10s.

If you get a converter make sure you get a tranny cooler and have the tranny flushed. I'd also invest in a poly tranny mount. Make sure you do all the proper cam supporting mods as well.

Hi, and welcome to LS1Tech

For a great DD Heads and Cam car I would go with an aftermarket casting with a low runner volume like Trick Flows, AFR's, something like that to keep your midrange torque up and throttle response. For a daily driver cam choice, I would talk to the company you buy the heads from because they more or less know what cams are going to work with their heads, and what cams will FIT under their heads. (I personally like the 228/232 on a 112+2 but some people like bigger in the 236/242 range) A 3400-3600 is a nice stall for street/strip.. and if your rear end stays together with slicks, there is no reason your Heads and cam setup won't go 11's.

You have a very good list of bolt-ons I bet it runs good!

Feel free to post up any more questions, people here are generally very friendly.

Problem with Bahrain is we all for the most part have the same setups, limited tuning options, stupid inspections, and exspensive shipping issues. I went with Texas speed stage 2.5 with a 233/239/114 cam, 4000 stall yank, long tubes, turndowns, and all the bolt ons. Are you on GulfGT?

Yes I remember. Long time la. They have section

https://ls1tech.com/forums/dynamometer-results-comparisons-65/

If you search different head and cam combos in this section youll see what most people are putting down.
