Quick question, do the front mount turbo systems have the same amount of swooshing noise as the STS system?

Depends on your waste gate and blow off valve. STS has an external waste gate in the back of the car so it would be a little louder than a front mount plus the turbo is exposed vs under the hood wich will mask it more.
