I LOVE THIS CAM. It sounds wicked and makes killer power. Thanks Texas speed. Next mods will be a cut out & a pulley.
thats around the power range you can expect out of the MS4

I have it in my car with a 6 speed and stock gears and LS1 intake. It runs great definately a major difference and worth the money. It will however benefit greatly from a good intake and set of heads. I plan to take mine apart next week and put my fast 90 and ported LS6 heads on

Did you guys have to check clearance or anything with using the MS4? I'm torn between the MS3 and the 4. Planning on ordering soon along with a tune from them, using stock heads, mac mids, dynomouth exhaust.

The MS4 is the biggest cam that you can use without haveing to fly cut the pistons (But only if you run the stock valve size)

I had them do the tune on mine. I can drive it in the city or bumper to bumper traffic no problem. No it not like stock but its not to bad either

which is why TSP's prc stg 1 ls6 heads with comp. valve job is perfect for them.. 25rwhp improvement at least over any stock ls1 head

The MS3 and the MS4 are almost the same cam. Except they have gotten the MS4 to get into its power range quicker, i believe. So its like an upgrade of the MS3. Although the MS3 is still a very nasty cam and has earned my respect, i went with the MS4. Just haven't installed it yet

get an ls6 intake, its def worth it on a big cam setup as the plain ls1 intake is crap.
