If anyone would want to move in for just the 3 1/2 months I wouldnt require a deposit on the place as I already paid it.... if you wanted to renew the lease for another year it would be a 675.00 deposit. Let me know, this is a steal!

Still for sale, this is only a 3 month lease with option to renew at end of 3 months for another year... no deposit required! Just bought a house and going to have to leave it vacant for 3 months
