Default Turbo 408 Head Question

I have an oppurtunity to switch my heads out with someone change'n thier set-up.

I have a low comp 408 with Stage II heads 210 intake runners.
I would be going to a Stage III set-up with bigger runners, better port and the heads are unshrouded.

Will this hurt or help me? What are the benefits/drawbacks to going to a larger head.

The car is running great right now, well north of 600hp. Diveabilty is great and I get around 25mpg. I just don't wanna screw up a good thing.

But if the larger head size will help her breath and add hp, I just may do it. Please help settle this argument. I'm still learn'n

for the money and work involved I'd say go up in turbo size before changing out the heads. prob not going to say that much of a bigger gain than what you have already,
