Default Exotic dyno numbers and tune

first off let me say that these guys go beyond just dyno tunning... they are ready for any thing and can fix anything.... i love these guys! they are very friendly and smart and an absolute pleasure to spend the day with.

hopefully when they (bob or brent) see this post they'll load up the dyno graph....

but heres some numbers

at ~ 57-5800rpms it made its peak torque and HP - 517rwtq and 572rwhp.

this may not seem like much to most people but one ride is all it takes....
this was made through a th350 with about a 4500 brake stall but it flashes to about 5krpms... also with a 12 bolt and 4.10 gears and a nice big 3'' iron driveshaft along with some nice MT drag radials...

i'll get some times hopefully in the next week or so and i'll let that speak for the car's HP..

i will say that brent seemed to like the car

hope the guys at EPP post up the graph.

Thanks,

Tyler

I believe they have a Mustang dyno also, not a dynojet.

you are correct.... when they tried to make runs under 3800rpms it spun the tires....
this was also done on 93 pump gas

lol... i know better than that.. it will be 8th mile passes at first... im very curious to see what i trap.... i'll probably end up with a 3.55 rear gear......

the way it looks on the graph ill need to shift atleast by 6300.... but track results will tell me what the car likes better..

this thing winds up soo fast its unreal...

Yeah those numbers are actually pretty decent with a TH350 on a Mustang...I would go to the track and see what it puts down to decide if you're going to be depressed or not...

BTW do you know what you're going to shift at and what MPH you're going to be limited to because of tire combo, rear end gear, and 3rd gear in the quarter?? I agree with Kevin...I mean you got GOBBS of torque already with the 408 and then you put a 4.10 gear behind it with a D1SC on top of that... Unless you have an incredible suspension it's going to be really hard to stick and you also may be bouncing off of the limiter at the end of the track... that's why I asked the above question... Good numbers and good luck man...Keep us all informed..

It has a 4.10, so it will wind up pretty quick

Yea, they are extremely fun to drive thats for sure. I never can understand why people think turbo cars are so much more fun - this thing absolutely scares the crap out of me on the street with slicks on it - couldnt even imagine any kind of street tires..

i just happended to have the 4.10 gears in there still from a cam only setup i ran about 1.5 years ago.... but like i said in my other thread in the fuel section.... I'm dead broke.... and im no where near dissapointed... my dad has a 509 BBC that runs 6.20's and it feels alot like it.... i hope to give him a run for his money before its over with

right now my main concern is getting my mufflers put on so i can drive around town.... then i gotta fix my window motor.... then a cosmetic defect... then the rear ratio... then suspension work... then 6.399 in the 8th

You can run the 4.10s in the 1/8, just be a little tough hooking it up. 6.30 should be no problem at all if you get a decent 60 foot and you have a good converter.
