Default shooting flames

Question My car is tuned new plugs and o2s at part throttel driving every time I change gears it pops and I got a little flame. Plugs befor where shot to **** fuel fouled, Car was tuned in Ga when it was cold but now its warm here in tx and she is acting up. Wide band reads 14-8-9 at and 11-4-7 at wide open trottel But if I down shift it will go pig rich any clue

check your header gaskets/other exhaust connections, also could be a hurt exhaust valve.

wonder if they turned off dfco & just didnt reenable it.

I dont know I will take it to ptm today and see I have zero leaks. I hope its not a valve I have less than 4 k on the heads and motor.
