Default AFR 225 66cc 1.6/2.08 on a 408?

I'm getting a set of AFR 225 heads milled to 66cc with 1.6 /2.08 valves. I haven't ordered my 408 shortblock yet but should be on Monday or Tuesday. What -cc piston should I go with? -2cc, -4cc?
I would like to run a pretty wicked cam with this application and may give Patrick G a call and pay him to make me a custom grind since he knows the AFRs like his hand. But I thought I would get your all's advice first.

I'd like to see 11:1 compression and be in the 500/500 range. I have a 4400 stall but will be switchin to a yank 3600-4000, haven't decided the exact RPM yet. I'd like a lot of power down low but 3000-7000 is where it is at for me. What cam would you all suggest? What piston depth? Stock sized head gasket or different? Sorry for all the questions, I'm not a cam/head guru, just spend the money to pay those who are =)

Pistons with 2cc valve reliefs in a 408 with 66cc heads and .040" Cometics = 12.25:1 CR.

Comp XE-R 244/248 .612"/.615" 112+1 LSA. Gives you a DCR of 8.75:1. That's what I'd run with 2cc Pistons and the Cometics.

The car is a daily driver, will the 12.25:1 be ok for a daily driver with 93 octane?

if 93 is available that should run on it.remember dcr is what makes more of a difference than scr so the 12:25 scr just sounds more scary than what it is.that combo should net you some great numbers and you probably could shift before 7k also.my 244/248 110 +1 peaks around 6k or so but carries out great but i'll shift in the 6500-6700 range.with the cometics you will have a tight quench to help ward off detonation so i think you will be o.k with a setup like jake suggested.
