Default Formula WS6

Ok so after searching for a little bit I came up with nothing on manufacturing numbers for a 98 Formula WS6. I did find this

Formula WS6 Ram Air (1996-2000) and Trans Am WS6 Ram Air (1996-2002) (Ram Air, Freer flowing exhaust system, suspension upgrades, Increased cooling, 17 inch wheels with 275/40ZR/17 tires)

But it doesn’t say a damn thing about how many were made. Any body know

In 1998 2123 Formulas were made, 221 of those being Formula WS6's. I would love to see some pics of your Formy!

651 of the 2123 Formula's had a manual trans
I would bet out of the 221 WS6's 30% were probably sticks. JMO

Your car is rare, you may want to get with Pontiac Historic Services and pay them for some good info.

I'm still waiting for the "good info" I paid them for regarding my WS6. They didn't give me anything I didn't already know from reading threads on this site, and the window sticker they sent me had typos and wrong information on it.

Personally, I think it was a COMPLETE waste of money.

Here's the production numbers I have on the '98 model year.

221 Formula WS6s made.. no color breakdown out there I know of, you'd have to contact the guy that has all the ASC data... I dunno what his handle is over here.

I talked to the guy with the ASC data for '98s. I dunno what his handle is here, but over on LS2.COM he goes by 01WS6_4_ME

I sent you the same information in email... that link is off of my personal website.

That purple T/A is awesome. I really like that. I didnt know they made that color. I would have sworn that was a regular T/A with a WS6 hood.

Here's a partial color breakdown that I've been able to extract from those spreadsheets (black & red cars are missing):

Where'd you get the information that there was 1 purple Formula WS6? The ASC guy told me they were all T/As.
