Default LT1 waterpump idea...

has anyone welded the water pump outlets that they don't have use for anymore? i have rubber caps on the ends but i want a sure way to keep anything from coming out of these outlets. i removed,oil cooler,all my hvac stuff so these are the outlets i'm talking bout.

I'd just run a hose out of one, and into the other. I believe it's designed to have some flow through those ports, not sure how good it is to block them off.

You talking about the heater hose outlets or radiator bungs?

Run a hose directly to the opti... I hate that it is right there. That was retarded design on GM's part. Water + Electricity = $500 on LT1

those ports are only for stock oil cooler,HVAC. so blocking them off will not hurt anything. alot of guys on camaroz28.com just use hose tie offs or caps. i would rather go another route.
