Default Windshield washer fluid Jet doesn’t work

The passenger side windshield washer jet does not spray wiper fluid. When I bought my ‘02 Camaro it had WATER in the wiper fluid container. I understand that pure water can cause calcium buildups and deposits in wiper fluid lines. What do you recommend I can do to make it work?

I have used only water in mine since the first time the washer fluid was used up from factory...no problems here, although I have only used it maybe 30 times. We also only have soft mountain runoff water here, so that might be why.....stick a pin in the end of the nozzle, see if that works..might just be gummed up from road grease/dirt/crap.

Take a little twist tie for plastic bags and strip off the paper/plastic coating to reveal the bare wire, it's very thin and bends easily, great for getting in there. About a month after I got my car the sprayer wouldn't work, opened up the resevior to see a solid brick of ice. It was only 20 degrees out, so it must have been about 90% water in there. One of the things I would love to thank the previous owner for.

It's not just a loose/cracked hose and just spraying under the hood is it?

Mine wouldn't work as well and it was the motor. Just slips out after you unplug it. Maybe you can switch with a buddy to check before you waste money
