I talked to Jesse back in September about locked tunes. He said usually it's just the diesel guys who are concerned about locking tunes. Jesse is pretty cool and will get you started in the right direction when you buy from him. He's where I got my copy of EFI Live from and where I continue to go for licensing and upgrades.
