Default Help With Codes!!!

Me and my friend are haveing the same problem.Airbag lights are on and steeringwheel controls don't work.
here are the codes I'm throwing

what kind of car?

16xx could be a communication/module programming fault. Have you swapped gauge clusters, or anythink like that?

I swapped computers?My car is a camaro and his is a TA..

odd, I've personally swapped 20+ camaro/firebird computers, without these kind of issues.

The cars are both 98's or both 99-02's right, no 98 pcm's in a 99+ car, or vise versa?

correct.. Both cars where just completely taken apart and rebuilt though.
