Default guidelines for checked fuel and ignigtion system???

I have ran into a problem when i am shifting from second to thind and from third to fourth and i need to do a full check of my fuel system and ignigtion system. Any of you out there who could give me a full run through in order of the proper way to check each? I am sure if it is done right it will be sticky worthy...

Please help me with this.

Hook a fuel gauge up to the schrader valve on the fuel rail and then duct tape the gauge to your windshield and go for a ride and go WOT and see if there is a major drop in fuel PSI, if there is a major drop then that is likely your problem. Suspects are clogged fuel filter/lines/rail/pump basket or a failing fuel pump. Might as well run some injector cleaner though the gas tank too.

I read your other thread and it seems like they are all sparking. Check the plugs for tiny cracks and make sure the wire connections are tight and clean.
