Default Havn't introduced myself yet.

Hi I'm from Tampa Florida and I recently purchased my first F-Body.
Here's the run down on it:

1998 LS1, A4
2 Owner Car, 106,000 miles on it.
Bone stock, Previously a female driven car which may be good or bad lol
Navy Blue Pearl/Tan Leather Interior
Black Top, T-Tops
Many factory options including: Full power, Chrome wheels, Monsoon sound, Ground effects & Spoiler
Tinted windows

I'm really happy with my purchase, I got it at around blue book value which I find to be pretty rare these days.

Only thing I "need" to do is change the oil, I'd like to get a new belt, and the front bumper needs to be repainted.

My plans for the car are fairly simple. Obviously I need to get the bumper repainted, I'd like to get a Lid and a Catback exhaust, maybe Longtube headers. Eibach Sportline lowering springs, Loose the ground effects and spoiler. Get a SS hood and spoiler. 17x11 and 17x9 either black with polished lip or full chrome ZR1 wheels with decent tires since traction is already an issue.

It has been repainted on the door from being keyed at one point of it's life, the paint and clearcoat is good but it needs a better wetsand/buff job.. I'll have that done when it goes to get the front bumper painted. The right rear quarter panel has a couple door dings so I'll have the paintless dent removal guy do that while it's also in with the paint work.

So far the car has already been a lot of fun, you guys have already been very helpful so I hope you don't mind my annoying questions that may seem borderline retarded to some of you LOL.

Here's a couple of pics I took right after I took it home, any feedback is greatly appreciated!

Here's what I'm aiming for, still debating loosing the oem GFX

Thank you, I forgot to mention I'm converted from the darkside LOL

I'm 20 now, but I got my first car when I was 16... It was a Civic.

My second car was a 1992 Civic which I swapped the engine in... B16a2 if anyone is familar with them. Did suspension mods, ran a 14.8 at the track haha...

Third car was a daily drive Chevy Blazer

Fourth car was a 1995 Integra GSR which I did full suspension on to Autocross with... Ran a 15.2 at the track, haha

Fifth car was a 1996 Mustang GT which I just got springs and an X-pipe. Ran a 9.5 in the 1/8th mile with a 1.9 60ft.. lol agian

My current stable is the Z28 above,

Z71 Suburban

and my father and I are building a Factory Five Cobra. Ford powered car but it will be fun as ever with 350+ RWHP & Weighing in at around 2000lbs.

But needless to say the LS1 Camaro is by far the fastest daily driver of a car I've ever owned, I'll never go back to the slowness I've owned previously!

Welcome. Congrats on the car, and you have had some nice rides along the way! Someone else who registered not long ago is also building a GTM. Check the hybrid section, you might find him in there.
