My front bumper was in a hit in run at the store...and its scratched to hell and spiderwebbed EVERYWHERE.....There is like maybe a chunk missing half the size of a dime....Do I need a new front bumper?? Or can they sand it out?? I dont want to have it painted then the spiderwebs come back!
I talked to a couple people and they said because of the flew agent the color will not match....this has me worried!! I dont want my car to look like shit!! Is this true?? Also do they have to blend into the fenders or is that just for metallic colors?

A good shop will be able to fix it so the cracks in the paint dont come back, but if there is a hole or a tear in it you might be better off getting a new one.

There is no hole or tear just a tiny chunk missing maybe the size of a fly

like he said a good shop should be able to fix it with out the spider cracks commen back... and repair it if its not cracked or holed... as for the color its black and its gm black it should match as long as your buff the fenders and hood when your dont to shine it up... black is the easiest color to work with as far as color match goes... yes if it was silver or another metallic or pearl youd be pretty screwed and have to blend... but this is just my 2 sense... i work at a shop and if you can in we'd prob tell you to save your money on the blend and just do the bumper cause black really doesnt need to be blended "In MOST cases" sometimes it does tho but very rarely... good luck either way man
