Default all i want are a few codes deleted... nothing more.

how can I go about this? I'm removing my air system and don't want it to throw a code at me... don't have any mods, don't even have LT's yet, so even the rear O2's are fine for the moment ... how can I get rid of these without paying hundreds for a tune or a tuner that i probably won't use much at all?

You need a tuner, no other way to do it.
Or take it somewhere and pay to have it done.

Some places will kill the DTCs, set fans, gears, shiftpoints, and do all of the basic stuff for $75~$100.

Well, it depends. Shops that have the workshop version don't go based on credits since they can do unlimited numbers of vehicles. Yes, they spent several thousand on the software. But with as many cars that a shop can do in a year, it more than pays for itself in no time.
