yea ive seen it too.... 
don't know why anyone would want to do that on purpose...i always assumed that their valences got stolen or just fell off. definitely not a good look IMO

unless it is quad exhaust but i think that has become a thing of the past. i have two friends that have quad exhaust one with the ugly skirts and one with a cme valance which makes it look 100times better..def. use the valance

quad exhaust is ugly. im talking about the dual exhaust center exit. i know its a matter of opinion as far as looks go, but the 2 cars i saw it on looked badass.
