Question !!!!! Need Some Ideas!!!!!!

Picture this!
A Pewter Camaro z28. (not ss) I will take off all z28 emblems
Ultra Z hood with a SS wing
ok this is where i need your help and opinions.
I have an aggressive car (big cam) and i would like the aggressive look as well.
I am thinking about lowering the car but I cant lower it too much because i stay in New Orleans (shitty streets )
1)Dont know what kit and how much to drop the car???????
a)should i drop the car
1a) how many inches
1b) what lowering kit
b)leave it stock height

I also want some nice wheels on my car (i like big lips on the wheels)
I can't go to big because i have to put drag radials on it. So i guess 18s would be the biggest (have to be crome!)
2)What wheel do you all like on these cars.
a) torque thrust is not an option

That isn't much when you are talking suspension, rims and tires.

If you leave the suspension alone you can might do inexspensive rims and tires.
